There is a passion to this that I haven't felt for years. I think it's because my one friend liked the design so much, he really wanted me to make one for him. Maybe I will with my remaining scrap pieces if I find the time.
I would honestly love to make a pair of these for him and his fiance if I have that sort of ability.
Anyway, I'm still in the process of filing here. It will also be getting a massive sanding job and I plan to polish it up, too. I might use hammer texture with a touch of liver of sulfur on the copper. Still trying to decide on that.
