You have so much wonderful shading in the skirt and the hair that it honestly unbalances the drawing. I really wish you would have given the same attention to the rest of her body, especially around the torso and her guitar.
Despite saying it's finished, I think it's unresolved. Look at those lovely dark values of the skin in that figurine and the hues of her clothing reflecting off into it. The guitar especially has highlights and reflections influenced by its surroundings. It would really add so much more to this drawing to input those.
