looks alright, the only thing i can really suggest with your art in general for humans *i know you said before somewhere that you don't like drawing them as they tend to be disproportioned etc* is maybe studying human anatomy, i'm sure that you could draw some wicked humans or bipedal, human-like creatures if you work on it, i myself still need a lot of work in that area.
Also, when it comes to creatures, i think i heard a friend state that bone structure is important, it's important to take into consideration whether or not the structure works.. have no idea how to achieve that to be honest, but i think it might be something to look into *mind you i haven't seen any of your creatures.. oh wait there we go *
Your art looks alright, room for improvement, but hey, everyone is like that, just keep at it and you'll do well.. well.. not sure why i say that when you say you're going to become a zoologist i'm pretty sure that doesn't involve drawing *pauses momentarily and ponders* or does it?
Random thought: I can imaging a zoo being so cheap that instead of having actual animals they just make chalk drawings of the animals on rocks and the guide stands there and goes "ooooh, loook! it's a tiger, you better be careful otherwise he'll lunge at you!" buuut i can't really imagine a zoo actually being like that thankfully, would be funny though
