Many could probably relate to the feeble feeling of being passed up, of feeling forgotten or invisible. Especially in feminine culture where it is often dictated for the men to be the go-getters and pursuers while the women remain modestly waiting on the sideline. It's a dance to be human in American culture.
This is my second shot at this composition. It's going to be 9x12". I'm enjoying the diagonal movement. I was originally considering it to be Van Gogh inspired in its color work and very grungy, but if I pursue the puzzle piece idea, I think a vector feel would be more suited. There's still one hand missing. I plan to add it tomorrow. For print class.
Inspired from last year. Every hand was self referenced except for the one in the top right hand corner. No pun intended.
