I HATE WORKING WITH NOVA'S COLORS AND STUFF, BUT THERE! I'M DONE MAKING CONSTANT REDESIGNS AND REDOS OF COLOR SCHEMES OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! It took me about 5 days to finish this.
This is probably one of the fewest things I've ever actually put in time and effort to, so I really hope at least one person appreciates it.

I've never been into anthro art before, and Sonic OCs were never my thing, but even I can appreciate the attention to color and detail in this piece. His facial expression and posture really lend a lot to his attitude, and you really get a feel for the spirit of his character.
I was just wondering, though, do you (like me) sometimes feel a little uncomfortable drawing hands? Do you tend to ball them up into fists more, because they're easier to draw? I have a problem with that, and I wonder if I'm the only one. Every time I see a character with its hands balled up like that, it makes me wonder, lol. Anyway, great job! You should try doing a little dabbling in flash and see if you can get this guy to move.
By the way, is he based off of a real-world animal? I think I see a fox in there... maybe. xD
I think this is the only fan-sonic character I've seen and liked. Freakin badass.
