Tallulah is a character I've been roleplaying off and on since December of last year at Aftermath. Despite her friendly appearance here, she's actually a villain. Slowly progressing up the ranks. Since she's from another world, her dress has been suited for Earth.
If you ask me, the clothing fancharacters wear is so extravagant sometimes, I honestly don't think it would make much of a difference if she changed hers. For the sake of keeping the different-world prospect in mind though, I rolled with it. Ultimately, I liked it enough to draw her in it. This actually tempts me to make an AU of her where she is younger and Liseli's best friend. (Note:
I've drawn Liseli a long time ago if some of you may remember. In that drawing, she is twelve.)
