This kreature be the largyr relative of the frost feathyrkin (Etullezera). It posesses considerable ice powyrs, and is able to withstand the most extreme of frigid habitats, and is frequently found nesting in deep icy crevasses.
Beautiful artwork as usual. The blue colour as well as the textures you used for the feathers really make it look wonderful, bright and even sharp. And I can't say how much I love the gem in the body amulet. You did it in a number of different colours which is exactly how it should be - but most people forget and do it all in blue per say. Fantastic stuff 5/5

Your linework is very smooth, it makes the bird apear quite flat despite all your lovely shading and texturing with the colour.
Don't be afraid to convey some texture in your lines, throw some wobbly lines in to get the outer edges of the feathers and what not.
