Arbutus

I suppose it's high time I submitted this.

I made this for Yake as his Valentine's Day gift. I almost felt cheap because I didn't buy him anything, but I honestly don't have the funds for that.. God that's sad. I guess it's part of being a college student!

There are several things happening in this picture, and I'd hope you could figure them out.
The flower in Krowy's beak is from an Arbutus tree. I was looking up symbolism and I found that the flower means "I love only thee." Perfect. He's bringing the flower back to life with his restoring breath, and where he has perched on the branch you can see moss, vines, and flowers have started to grow. It's fairly simple.

I was actually worried that he wouldn't like it. I got it printed out and framed, but the colors were a little bit brighter than what I saw on the screen. It ended up looking pretty cool though because they almost looked like the were glowing.
