Well we can say she likes needles, nurse clothing, tattoo's, and Etc.

Nice job, her physique looks pretty nice and her angle and pose are drawn very nicely and accurately. Her left hand seems a little small but that's it. Like the needle bearing hand though. (lol bear-ing claws)
I love almost everything about this.
The only things I would say is that like shanoshi, the hand is slightly to small and her tights/stockings things don't seem to be as detailed as the rest of her making them look alittle out of place, but other than that this looks pretty awsome keep it up =]
The look on her face creeps me out a bit. The only problem I find with it is it seems more that the forearm is too big than the hand is too small, but that's just my opinion.
