popularity here. i fell asleep halfway thru ep 7 or so and
don't remember anything about it tbh. i dunno why people
like it so much... even the style was boring to draw, tho I
adore the bird symbol on the head bands. I had fun
drawing that...

I haven't been into american stuff in a long time, but I had
to go with Ringo. I fell for his stuff back when I first bought
meridian #8, he drew Sephie sooo adorably and his version
of her is still the most memorable to me. I browsed his old
blog for refs, but the two pencil ones above at the ones I
was looking at the most [you can prolly tell lol] I didn't ref
for the colour tho... american style colouring is hard. Kinda
got the hang of it by the end of it [the corsette was the
last thing i did lol]. I had the most fun with this one.

Awww Disney. LOL. Belle was my first fave human Disney
chara, so I went with her, but wow, there are barely any
google pics of her from the actual movie!! What's up with
that??? LOL. It was painful for me to shade like this... so
incomplete looking... but that's how Disney did it so...

Altho I loved watchihg the show when I was younger and
I was looking forward to drawing this one... it turned out to
be the most boring one of them all. I was really disappointed.
Didn't help that the show never shaded things. I hate this

I used to like Jhonen Vasquez when I was an emo teenager.
Now I just dislike his style immensely. The lineweight is neat
but.... i dunno I just feel like I am 12 when I look at it. Like
an immature, trying too hard, 12 year old whiney brat. I hate
the quiz maker for this one as well
[i'd still read 'i feel sick' again if it was handed to me tho.

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

This turned out more like Beetlejuice but at least it is the
same creator, right :'D? This one was really easy. I used
to have a style sort of like this for my SD's. lol. This one
was fun but the horse head was creeping me out the
whole time I was colouring it.


REALISM

I used this ref to do the lineart, then forgot where I'd
found it, so I couldn't use it when I was colouring T_T;
I think REALISM Vix looks more like... the dude who
does the art for the FF charas LOL. Right?? Only not
as good. LOL. Still this one was fun... I tried painting
this in black and white and then added the cover on
the top. Unfortunately I did the painting on one layer
so colouring it was kinda harder. It was fun tho! But
man lookit that glare. What the hell did I do to make
her glare like that??! D
