My Doll Em entry on Glam! 100% pixeled! And baseless!
This doll was the most fun I had pixeling in months... But also the most frustration (glares at her stupid feet). Anyway, this doll was inspired by the works of <a href="http://www.loish.net">Loish</a> (I was staring at her art the whole time I was picking out my palette) and <a href="http://www.artrenewal.org/asp/database/art.asp?aid=598">Mucha</a> (art nouveau ftw!), <a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_ziXrwv0RRns/SfB9gVt3M6I/AAAAAAAAACo/qpFXp6EwRf8/s1600-h/M_1.jpg">this photo</a> from Make me a Supermodel, and, of course, Marilyn Monroe and pinup girls!

I generally don't like Dithering (and try to avoid it), but I love how it looks on this! You're a great Pixel artist
This is one of my favorite 'Realistic-yet-cartoony' looking Pieces...
There is, however, a couple of parts that look a little...'off' For example, the hand not holding the drink(Her right hand, our left side), the back part of that same arm (which, doesn't look as bad as the hand), and the Shoulders (part of them at least) have Black which, with the rest of the piece in mind, looks kind of bad. Now, I know you're probably limiting your colors, or something, but I think Those should be fixed...and I'm just noticing this now, but the shading on the skirt looks a little 'off' too...It kind of looks like you forgot to shade in the Darkest Black on the left...
Anyway, I'm sorry for rambling on, but I hope this helped
