A dog on almost 2400 metres high... you don't really expect that.

My mother and I were walking a bit on a small mountain path. (Just to get a better view; we weren't making a real walking trip or something like that.)
Then we suddenly saw this dog... It isn't something you expect to see on a mountain road...

Was it a wild dog or was there an owner too? Wild dogs can be dangerous, and besides, what would it live from?
