to sum this up, I hate adding the rain, I have never been able to get "ginga mouths" out of my style, and the orange tabby's stripes are so half assed it's not even funny. I figured out a neat trick though with focus lines.

Look at the actual muzzles of canines as references. There are certain places in your style where they just look smooshed in, such as in the 5th technical frame. Also, the cat's mouth and nose should be higher up on the face so that it actually looks like a cat. The way you have it right now is making it look slightly canine. Nice and interesting shading style, but I think if you added a few more values it would pull it together a bit nicer. Otherwise looks pretty good.
