So nice to do a wallpaper again. I've been so swamped with requests lately that I feel like I haven't done one in awhile.

I can tell you one thing, the spell that Zel is casting in that manga scan is definately not Vlave Howl. It's actually Ra Tilt. :P But I liked the incantation for Vlave Howl and anyway it didn't turn out blue enough to theme it around the Ra Tilt.
