Well, this is my otter character, Atara. She's a river otter and she loves flaunting her stuff. lol

Okay, this is actually a second try. The first one I did, my computer cut out on me before I could save a good three to four hours work.
Fun right? ha ha

Anyway.
I actually like this one better.

Except the bg, it sucks.


I shaded it as best as I could. Not the BEST job really...
But this IS one of the best Microsoft Paint pieces I've done.

And her bikini. I should be a clothing designer.
Yes the stars on her bikini are black. Got a problem with it?
