WTAW site redesign WIP2

Still tinkering. I think I at least got the background to the point where I like it. Only big item of note that's different from the last one is the white lineart of Wil on the right. There's going to be a code that randomly generates a different character there each time you load a page, like that slogan thing I had two designs ago.
