Final Pieces

Well I thought I was done with classes for the summer *sign* ends up turning out to take a class called "Design X"! Which I have to say I really like it so far. Above is a picture of all four of my pieces that I will be turning in on Tuesday!

"Review of the Gestalt Principles"
Project #1

The assignment was to choose a four of the eight "Gestalt Laws" which is style of a piece like: Closure Elements, Common Fate Elements, Figure Ground Elements, Continuation Position, Pragnanz Unknown, Proximity Elements, Simiarity Similar and Uniform Couictiduess and create 4
4x5 panels of what we learned from the "Gestralt Laws".

I choose Closure Elements, Proamity Element, Figure Ground Elements and Similarity Similar as my four "Gestralt Laws".

Figure Ground Elements are refered by the characteristic organization of perception into a figure that "stands out" againtst an undifferentiated background.

Similarity Similar are matter will be eliminated for this discussion because gesalt is based on what items look like not what they are like.

Proamity Element are items that are placed in relation to each other is another important gestalt consideration.

Closure Elements is a object is really a group of simple items that the mind puts together as a single entity.

Media: Acyle Paints, Painted Markers, Color Sharpie Permanent Markers, Color Pencils. Took a total of 3 hours to work on it. ^.^
