I probably should be slapped in the face but I can't bring myself to feel bad. It's so stupid, but it makes me giggle so much xD
The idea behind the picture is really just to give him one of them psychotic facial expressions. xD Didn't get it quite the way I wanted to... also I seem to be unable to draw claws holding remotes... time for practice.

I think Doktor Frogg is more evil than the other characters b/c sometimes he actually comes up with something evil, but of course Voltar would ignore his ideas & Voltar would come up with something not-so-evil plan. Voltar thinks he's an "evil genious" or the "most evil villian ever" but he's not.
Well, maybe Doomaggaden, (did I spell that right?), would seem a little evil since he likes to pull pranks on Doktor Frogg & tries to eat him.
Red Menace is too nice of a guy to be evil. He tries to be evil but he winds up doing good things rather than do evil things. But, hey, he tries.
I know, I should be slapped in the face, too, for watching that show.
But there was this one episode that really made me laugh.
It's where L.O.S.E. meet these Power Ranger-like heroes. I thought that was hilarious when the did a spoof of the Power Rangers!
