Louie is a twenty two year old man with hazel eyes and dark brown (almost black) hair. Possessing a laid-back attitude, he can still be rather silly to the point of ridiculous. He is often subconsciously influenced by what he sees and hears about although he often forgets them only to remember at completely irrelevant times.

Living in an apartment complex with two friends, he is currently a enrolled to attend his junior year of college to earn his bacholer's. He is rather handy and his friends often trust him with their car problems. Works at a convenience store to pay his share of the rent.

Loves to smoke cannabis. Has a bit of liking for the kinky. His current girlfriend does not approve of this, leaving him to indulge to his sexual fantasies by himself.

This leaves him depressed at times. One night, while listening to the upstairs neighbors having sex, he calls a suicide hotline as he "scarfs" to feel better about his relationship (and in case he accidentally hangs himself) and meets a young woman named Shan.

Favorite food is Chipotle burritos and his favorite movie of all time is "Pineapple Express".
