Shan is a twenty year old woman with brown eyes and dyed red hair. Her real name is "Shanon" but has not been called by that since freshmen year in high school. Often loud and somewhat rude, she has the mouth that only the offspring of a sailor and trucker could possess.

Kicked out by her parents a year ago, Shan is unable to afford college on her own and lives with her old high school friend at her friend's grandmother's house. While her friend attends college, Shan works at a movie theater to earn her keep.

Her favorite pastimes include tagging and observing people (mostly men) when they are not looking in public places. Although, she does attempt to see them naked if a chance presents itself. What she calls "amateur parkour", others call "climbing fences and trespassing on private property".

Volunteers at suicide hotline to feel better about herself every other week night and to earn good karma. She has recently developed feelings for Louie, a man she met after he called the hotline asking her to keep on the line in case he killed himself while "scarfing".

Favorite food is BBQ-ed anything and her favorite movie of all time is "The Big Lebowski".
