This is Chi when she was one of the highest General's in Hell's Armies.


She's also in her true form which is now rare for her to be in unless she's submitting to her Master Haruko or if she's very depressed or in a rage of anger.

She was known by the other soldiers and higher ranking officers as The Harbringer of Judgment, because she was the one who meted out the Judgment to the souls who were unworthy to go to either Heaven or Hell.
