Her name is Shantaru (Lawl guess who I used as the base?)
She is Haruka's deceased mother, Died at the age of 32 from disease.
The Tea Countrys General Army Nurse, which is the highest rank in medical ninja in the country. (irony she dies from a sickness)
I love how most characters cant pull of the bags under theur eyes, yet for her it works. Most people dont even put those, then all the OC's look perfect and flawless. But I decided to go differently.
I have a paper sketch then lost it ;o;... but i shall draw her in my own way and style soon.
Her Hair is up, a little wild style in the back. She wears normal Jounin clothing with Headband on her hips.
Haruka got most her looks from her dad, Chizu got her looks from her mother, I say that to clarify for people who wouldv'e said "Why does she look nothing like Haruka? Wheres the purple hair and BLAH". So yea... Eat that!
