A little inspired by Stargate Atlantis and those nefarious Wraith. Their technology always looked so cool with living parts and computer consoles/screens that are made of membranes that move when you touch em. Lights moving all over. Very cool stuff.

Also kinda makes me think of those crazy Dr Who graphics(that'd be your fault Imagine! Something that has both our obsessions in it!)

This is indeed a fractal. Made in Ultra Fractal 3.05

And omg it's bigger than my normal 1024x768, the original being 2024x1536, this being scaled to 1365x1024.

For screens at 1280x1024, yeah you spikesbloodydame, your screen size isn't a perfect scale down from original so just either crop off excess in on whatever side as you please or just resize and disable constrain porportions in photoshop making it stretch a little. It doesn't effect the quality anyway with this.
