It'd be a lot scarier and more Giygasy if it was just a xenomorph face gnarled and twisted like that. This way it just looks like a xenomorph fetus being flushed down a toilet that leads into a lightless abyss.

I tought gygas was just an ugly face OAO!!, heheh looks pretty good, it is quite similars to the aliens of.. uh, aliens vs. depredator or, at least I remember them like that. Uh, I don't know what kind of advice could I give so.. uh o_o, wells that's all
