I think you've done a good job capturing Zhang Ziyi's face in this piece and I LOVE you for doing that! It really looks like her but watch out for using unnecessary lines around her neck and shoulders.
The neck looks a little iffy but that's okay! I think the overall coloring job fixes or hides that slight error very well.
