This was a simple and random drawing I did of Bahamut and Gears' character Zero, just playing around while we were chatting/rping.
Since it was a simple drawing, I decided to experiment a little with the coloring and the shading.
Overall, I like how this turned out, even though it didn't come out exactly like I expected. The textured look I was going for was okay, but as Zeroyagami on SA here said, it looked like they got into a fight with a bag of powdered sugar, so I had to edit it a bit.
Still, it's always fun the experiment.

i think Zeroyagami's kinda right, but that's the way experimenting goes sometimes. maybe blending the highlights a little more would help? the sugared look might have to do with the umm 'bubbly' highlights. X3
either way, it was an experiment, right? and it was fun. and fun is GOOOOOOD.
