Era of Darkness.
This is Chaos (the man), who is the main villain of the RPG, embracing his love, Sailormoon. Yes, she's been corrupted by him and is generally evil too, but isn't aware of this :3 I just saw this blank of Tuxedo Kamen and Sailormoon and I just HAD to use it.
