I decided to dive into the realm of ATCs (artist trading cards) by joining a swap on craftster.org. This particular swap was to make a fabric ATC for your partner.
I made a set of 3 ATCs for each of my partners. I had problems coming up with ideas for this particular partner, and I finally settled on this. She liked Japanese kimono types of fabric, especially those with koi on them. I didn't have that in particular, so I make a koi out of kimono fabric instead. She also liked the idea of putting black, white, and lime green colors together, so I tried to integrate that a little (green lily pads, black base of the fish, and white pearl fish eyes).
