This was great. I couldn't figure out where Mikey was going with this. The sudden stark contrast in the last panel is really something though. It'll be fun to see another page with this kinda effect.
one last note, your markers are getting messy. This is fine when it adds to the effect, but it looks like your rushing the toning a bit. I know your really dedicated to the traditional in this, but a quick use of the smudge or blur tool on photoshop could easily remedy this.
