This is a portrait of my husband and I cosplaying as Antonio de Borgia and Abel Nightroad (respectively) from the light novel / manga / anime series Trinity Blood. The versions we are doing are from the artbook, illustrated by THORES Shibamoto.
The costumes: basic robes were bought, but heavily customised. All of the accessories were hand-made, sewn, painted, sculpted, strung, customised and sourced by me (except for the copper shoulder guard, that was hammered out by my husband ^^). Our hair is our own - mine is actually hip length and was sprayed silver for the event. I was also wearing grey contacts and white mascara (not visible, but hey, I did it). I like very much that my spectacle chain and ear cuff were visible in this photo!

The event was the Grand International Cosplay Ball held at the Clapham Grand nightclub in London on the 30th November last week.
