So I'm practising painting backgrounds in photoshop D: and I clearly need much more practice
I've never tried something like this before though, so I guess it's not too bad? and I only used the standard photoshop brushes
I want to try and paint various types of landscapes, nothing too detailed, then hopefully I can slowly work myself up to more detailed backgrounds and maybe even buildings lol Cx this one was referenced of a picture from the Alps! though, it's completely off >v>" heh
if anyone has any good tips please share!

Its rather nice you seem to have the idea of warmer colours at the front cooler colours at the back down well.
I think if you put into google; digital landscape paintings, you should eventually get to some video site where these is one guy who does a whole bunch of these and they're nice to look at, he explains what hes doing and why. If I can be bothered to find it again myself I'll send it your way.

The colors are really warm and some are very cold, the balence is really nice. I like how you dabbed those colors together. It looks a lot like a spong painting. Nice work.
