This is my attempt at an evolution of Wobbuffet. I tried getting a red color to this poke'mon, seeing as how its tantrum themed, but no color really worked, so I just stuck with a blue and darkened the shade installment of the evolutionary chain.
I will update this with a newer version in the future, seeing as how I'm not satisfied with the color scheme and some of the details in the over-all look.
Wobbuffet evolves into Pitchifet when traded holding a "Thorny Splinter".
