A Few Simple Words.
Where am I when I crave nothing more than your attention?
How am I when the only thing floating on my mind is your name?
Who am I when what you say defines me?
What is it when you few simple words have me hanging by my nails to the edge, grasping for life, and so help me lord I will never let go.
Like air, I crave your words. Like fire I need your comfort. Like water I drink your praise. Like earth you give me foundation. Like wind, you’re a ghost of being, but are real and forceful beyond imagining.
How can I not know you?

I think we're all hypocrites that give excellent advice to other people, and then ignore our own advice when it comes to be something directed at us.
