Well done, nice change of pace. The only big issue I see is the dimension, you just need to work on giving the body shape a revamp, and not give the body such a rigid structure. The human body has many dips and curves; consequently, even in anime you see these small details. The end result will give your picture a more “real” sense to it, making it more than just a 2d image.
When I started drawing I had the same issue, and without any formal institute to teach me the rules of drawing humans, I decided to go to magazine’s (mainly fashion) and drawing what I saw, using the model as a reference. I ended up adding small details, or even new clothes to the image of the person. As well as shifted it to a more semi-realistic look.
