You may recognize this stairway. The similar shot to this was tilted and without a person in it.
I have no idea who that is, only that they stood off to the side when I was snapping photo's until I noticed them and let em through (then snapped their photo anyway lol).

It'd be creepier if there wasn't a beam of light under there but alas this only goes under a road so it's only so thick lol]
I must someday get a photo from underneath but I haven't been down there ever before and thus didn't go that day as I was told stories as a child and warned never to go down there as it's a good place to get ambushed by shady folks hiding under the road. lol
