Based off an impending fic by a friend of mine--it just seemed so perfect that Envy's sadism could cover tormenting Ed physically and mentally, taunting him with what he could have been at the same time, with a very painful reminder of that which he is not.
I can't begin to wonder if that sentence made any sense.
