It's the mewtwo guy, Zero, and.. I.. uh. I don't know, maybe someone lifted up his skirt. More pencil-made sloppiness. It still comes from my heart! I have white out on my fingers from this shoddy effort.
I think he's adorable.
Edit: The blue glow around his hand got really washed out. Meh. Scanner hates me.
