Devlin is my Naruto OC and is a member of the akatski. Devlin was 10 years old when he killed his village. We wondered for 3 days until the akatski found him. He how ever had a Dark Chakra overload. A dark chakra over load is the result of the demon inside him becoming inraged or has collected so much chakra from it's hosts killed that it controls Devlin and unleashes it's chakra on anyone who gets in it way. The akatski lost 20 men that day but captured Devlin in the end. For ten years he was treated like a slave and kept in a cell to be used as weapon. He was let out to the rest of the akatski at age 20. When he was released he gained a shy yet happy dispostion. And that's his story. Enjoy
