100% scratch except for the colors; I also used the second frame of Chimchar's Platinum sprite as reference for the legs.
The head is actually edited from my other Chimchar sprite, with a different mouth, freckles, differently-colored eyes, and messy hair/fur.
I am an adorable Chimchar. I thought about evolving into Monferno, but changed my mind because I like being a Chimchar more. Sure, not evolving means I can't learn Flare Blitz, but I've got Fire Blast instead.
