For TsukiNoTenshi's Contest: Mitsuki (see desc 4 bio)

Okay, so this is for TsukiNoTenshi’s Naruto OC contest. I thought a bio would be better than a picture, but I end up drawing one, anyways.

Name: Mitsuki Umisako

Age: 13 years of age

Height: 5’1

Occupation: Akatsuki Member

Appearance: Long, straight violet hair, emerald green eyes.

Strengths: Ice and water-based jutsus, taijutsu.

Weaknesses: Hot weather, fire-based attacks, genjutsu, Naruto.

Special ability: Can control ice and water.

Fact: Her special ability is more powerful at night, when the moon is out.

Fact: Any heat-based attacks weaken her substantially.

Personality: Very confusing girl. Sometimes she’s unbelievably and uncontrollably hyper, and others she is DEAD SERIOUS. Considered cool and collected until provoked, then, she is hotheaded and determined. As I said, a very confusing girl.

Mitsuki Umisako was born in Snow Country, living there until she was thirteen years of age, in which she travelled to Konoha. The reason for this was the fact that her village was slaughtered by her other brother, Kazuki Umisako. Kazuki left her to join the Akatsuki after this occurred, vowing to meet her soon again and extract her demon, the one-tailed lunar dragon, from her.

Mitsuki’s past has always been quite clouded and guarded from her, people only telling her things she wants to hear, and not things she one day must. At six years of age, she lost her memory. This is why, until she was eight years of age, nobody told her she had a tailed beast inside of her. Though she is always in control of it, when she is in intense heat, the beast will react and possess her body, which can sometimes be a great advantage of whoever’s side she is on. Why, you ask? The one-tailed lunar dragon is such a powerful tailed beast that they call it: “The creature who slays fifty men.”

As she ventures through the rocky path of ninjahood she encounters friends, foes and difficult challenges. She befriends the hyperactive Naruto, the energetic Tenten and the “youthful” Rock lee. Unfortunately her path is half paved with misfortune. She soon after receives a letter from the Akatsuki threatening for her to leave the village in which she is staying and travel to a secluded forest to have the demon extracted. If she complies, her friends will not be hurt. If she does not, however, all of Konoha will be destroyed, with no one to remain alive.

Mitsuki takes the bait, fearing for the innocent being killed because of her, and is lured into a trap to extract the demon from her. Somehow, though, they find that they cannot extract it, and Mitsuki takes her queue to perform her special technique, frozen core. She freezes the demon-extracting Akatsuki member’s heart, and he dies a painful death.

But there is another Akatsuki member waiting in the wings, a very powerful one, who uses his special ability to capture Mitsuki and take her to the hideout. Once he explains how the dragon could not be extracted from her, the Akatsuki see only one possible way to keep their secret hideout a secret: Make Mitsuki an Akatsuki member.

Mitsuki is grudgingly being held prisoner, reluctant and angered for being lured here, but soon finds logic. If she is to stay alive only because they cannot extract the dragon, then she must prove herself useful to remain. She quickly throws herself into training and studying, and gains their trust. She is now biding her time, staying alive and powerful, waiting for the day to come when she can overpower the Akatsuki and destroy them once and for all. Do the Akatsuki see the hidden motive in her new-found enthusiasm? Only time will tell…
