Something about this says "mosaic", but I can't quite put my finger on it... Wonderful work. ^^ The sharp shapes work well with your brush strokes. The lighting on the clouds is delicious.
Ooh, I really like this. Never heard of Painter X... Sounds like a really neat program. Fantastic piece.
