I like the concept and the colors, but the anatomy is a little weird. A bit too thin in the torso trying to compensate for perspective, I think. It makes the shoulders, head and hind legs look out of proportion to the rest. And the neck looks rather top heavy as well. I do like the fire and glow effects. You did those quite nicely.
