Supreme Ultra Draco

So, I had been thinking that giving my Ultra Draco a 'power up' would be cool, like how the original scouts have theirs. However, it had only been an idea in the back of my mind until elle suggested that I allow one of the baddies in the SSMC rpg to steal Draco's brooch, thus her loosing her ability to transform. She'd have to find the ability somewhere else.
So, this is the design I settled on. I like the oriental feel I gave it with the dragon stocking and the sakura blossoms, as well as the shoes. ^^ And that bit in the back isn't a bow. It's a 3/4 sheer sparkly silver skirt piece.
