Aaaand here's my interpretation of one of my favorite scenes in the original Turtles movie. Experimenting a bit with traditional and digital inking here, too.
By the way, if anybody's wondering why Iron Man is on Donnie's skateboard, Eastman and Laird were big fans of Marvel comics. There's even an image floating around somewhere on the internet that Laird did of a bunch of the Marvel heroes as turtles. Figured Donnie would identify the most with Iron Man.

So awesome. The drawings, backgrounds, and tonal work all have received a kick up since the first page. The panels still have this sorta 'cramped' feel to them though, making it difficult to fully appreciate each scene in each panel when everything's so crunched together. Its not that crippling as I can still easily discern the images versus the speech bubbles and specifically who is speaking, and of course naturally some panels should not get as much love as those that contain more important information (such as panel 6 compared with panel 7 where you expertly left no visual background to distract from the pizza man's face, versus the next panel where you again concisely displayed your adept perception to lay the entire scene of the pizza man arguing to the drainage grate
) Despite these qualities, again though the 7th panel is just too tight to fully appreciate the scene. If all the panels had the same quality of composition as the last panel (easily the best section of the page) than I would have no qualms what so ever with this page.
Sorry if this one got a too wordy, or if you feel I over criticize your work (especially considering as you have recently graduated from college, while I myself continue to work my way though my own) as I only really like to see your continued line of impressive works, and only wish to see you continue publishing some of your best work, versus just meeting the next update deadline.

Well, the differences in the turtles...the only one I think I'm actually gonna be able to note will be their bandannas, but that's no real problem. I really like the way you're doing these, and it makes me excited for the actual thing.

One of my favorite scenes too.
This comic is really awesome. I'm not sure I can give it much critique though...It looks really good.
And all the major stuff was covered by Fooly.

Lookin' good man. With SPC out of the way I can focus completely in the TMNT story. Sorry it's taken so long. Lots of personal crap keeps getting in the way.

i loved that scene! its so cool in comic form!
Was wondering what the heck was in Donnie's hand. After reading that it was his skateboard being held by the trucks, I feel like an idiot |D;
Nice man, and really you've done well to seperate the turtles looks from one to another.

I love this page, especially the last panel and the Pizzaman's bewildered expression in Panel 3. But I keep looking at Panel 6 and wondering how scratching my head that way would be physically possible.
Am I just seeing it wrong?

This is excellent, really well done! Apart from the pizza man having a reversed hand. haha X)
There is one bit of the film I really wanna see in your style, when raph meets up with casey for the first time.
Cricket? You've gitta understand what a crumpet is before you can understand cricket...
