Lately, I've been paying more attention to this guy, although I still never played the game...I do have to say, I like how this came out, and I am working on more animations
The Pulseman Sprites are custom, but I made them to mimic the original(you can see the size difference, mine being about 10 pixels smaller)
Palette is a WIP, since I'm pretty sure it's off, suggestions are open...and I know it looks like it skips to the 'I'm waiting' animation, I'm going to add an extra frame to fix that...

the watch should only be colored to signify his health, where blue is good, yellow okay, and red is bad.
I'm also not a big fan of the palette and the top area of the helmet is too small, whereas the visor under it is too big.
Also, PLAY THE GAME. It rules.
