I've always loved this one... but I just adore paintings of landscape and scenery, period. What's always struck me as so neat about this is the branches in the foreground framing the top and keeping your eye going forward over the grass. It's like you're standing under them and looking out over the foggy downs, and if you stand there long enough, animals will show up, go on their way, and the light will change.
