It's Noah Kaiba, a.k.a an even bigger ass than Seto.
For those of you people who don't know (because I sure didn't before like 10 minutes ago) Noah is the son of Gozaburo Kaiba, Seto and Mokuba's stepfather. So...Noah is an ass, and he only has a brain and no body. HAHA YOU SUCK. Okay...don't ask.
