Well first off, I didn't even intend for it to be realistic, I just started with the eyes and went from there
the nose to the mouth is crooked, one eye is too close to the edge of the face, and the whole thing looks slanted...
But please be honest and give me what you think of it, and I might do more realistic lookin anime people

For a bit more realism, and pulling away from anime, maybe lighten the lines a bit though. (<.< my art teacher, I got in trouble for doin' that just a couple weeks ago...)
