WTF Chibi Marka

Titled WTF, because I looked at the size of the head, the cuteness, and the colors and went, "Leo, what the fuck were you on" xD I like it though. It took me like 30 minutes tops, but he's cute, and I haven't drawn Marka and his gay hair in forever.
