Marked mature, because I am venting.
Ok I gotta vent. WHY IS THE JOKER AND THAT MOVIE SO OVERHYPED. WHY.
I saw it, I thought it was too long, anything Harvey Dent related bored the hell out of me, as well as the shit re-vamping of the origin two-face. I chuckled at bits involving the joker, but there was nothing to create a screaming fanbase off of. There was nothing particularly stunning about his performance that makes it stand soooo faaarrr above every other actor, so SHUT UP. Oh, and the character is such role-model material, that's a great reason to idolize him. If he was so awesome, why weren't you following his antics from day one in the comics?
I am SICK of seeing joker this, joker that, wah wah wah I love the joker all around. Ugh!
And if you are the Joker for halloween, bite me. I don't like you.
This is my personal opinion, if you take offense to it, bite me, nevermind the fact that I'm bashing, you know, a ruthless serial killer. because that is SO COOL TO BE, man I sure wish I could kill or maim anyone I felt like without batting an eye, because that is a great life goal, and that is way awesome.
Joker fandom, you sicken me. Calm down, there are much better things you can use your lifespan on.
And while I'm at it, I'm voting McCain and Yes on 8. I am also sick of seeing my bulletin space spammed with NO ON 8. If you decide to up a political discussion on my personal venting post, the comment/message/whatever will be ignored/deleted. You're welcome to downvote if you are far more a mouse than a man. Just ignore it, it doesn't affect you.
Edit: OH BOY, THERE IS A BANNER THAT SAYS "WHO IS THE BEST JOKER, LEDGER OR NICHOLSON", MAN THAT IS SO COOL, I AM SO OBSESSED WITH JOKER. Ugh.

I've loved the Joker since I was a little girl, only because my Brother used to watch the Batman cartoons 24/7 and his insanity amused me, Joker,Harley,and the Madhatter, best Batman villains ever. But it was the same when Batman Begins first came out. Everyone suddenly thought Batman was cool, leaving Batman super-nerds (like yours truly) in a very awkward position. Batman was now "edgy" and somehow "cooler", though both movies stray very much from any sort of structured story, which is suppose to be the thing that makes them edgy, but to people who can step away from the movie and not splatter make up on their face, it just seems too out of proportion. Ugh and suddenly the Scarecrow was immensely popular base solely on the fact that he was "good looking" and had gargantuan lips. I mean, I like the Scarecrow as much as the next guy, but since when were Crane and Ras Al Ghul part of Batman's origin? And Rachael? The sweet district attorney, the daughter of the maid that used to come over and play when they where childrens?
